My name is Shawn and I am a BRP Certified Technician for Can-Am Roadster. I am also an Orange Level Certified KTM Technician and fully trained in all the big-four Japanese brands. I have been in the motorcycle industry since 1980, and have been riding, racing and repairing motorcycles since 1972. Guys at work call me a walking encyclopedia of everything motorcycles.
Well, I don’t know about all that, but I sure have had a deep passion for motorcycles for way too many years.
I have started this site because of my new found love for Can-Am Spyder’s. I enjoy the heck out of riding and working on them. There appears to be a mystery in repairing these units that seems to stump a lot of technicians. I even hear some techs bad-mouthing them... There is no need for that, as they are awesome machines that just need to be setup correctly by someone who knows and understands them.
I’m not sure where I want to go with this site... A blog, a how-to and information site, etc. If you have any ideas of what you would like to see from a fresh new Spyder site by an analytical technician, please drop me an email, I'd love to hear from you!
